Interim Quality Manager

My client is a highly successful manufacturing organisation with worldwide customers, class leading products and a committed workforce.

Taking responsibility for a team of Engineers and managing the day to day Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental function this role is crucial to the ongoing success of the business. With a central focus on Quality and customer service there are also several projects across various departments that the Quality Manager will drive to conclusion whilst ensuring manufacturing quality standards are met and exceeded to ensure customer delight.

You should have a background steeped in manufacturing quality and have significant functional leadership skills. Technically astute yet comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with running a department containing a variety of skill levels.

The business operates to ISO9001 & 14001 standards

This is a contract for 6 months initially with the probability of a 3-month extension and the possibility of a further 3-month extension beyond that.
