About Us
We are an innovative biotech company revolutionizing skin research and product development. Our cutting-edge technology preserves the functionality of skin tissue outside the body, enabling accurate testing of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and environmental factors.
We operate through two business models:
- Contract Research Services: Offering precise analysis of dermatological procedures, cosmetic products, and therapeutic penetration for our clients.
- Product Sales: Supplying proprietary skin culture products to global research labs, enabling in-house experimentation.
The Role
We are looking for a Part-Time CFO to play a pivotal role in our growth journey. This is a flexible position requiring an average commitment of 2–3 days per month, with the potential for increased involvement during key reporting or investment activities.
As CFO, you’ll go beyond traditional financial management to contribute to the strategic and operational success of the company. You’ll also join the board of directors, actively participating in shaping the future of our organization.
What You’ll Do
- Advise the board and leadership on strategy with a focus on financial efficiency and growth.
- Optimize financial management processes to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
- Provide expertise on raising growth capital, including timing, scale, and sourcing.
- Coach and guide the team on financial and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with external service providers (legal, accounting, etc.).
- Engage as a director on the board, contributing to key decisions.
- Support investor and shareholder relations in partnership with the board chair.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and a proven track record in growth capital fundraising.
