Business Development Account Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity to join the commercial department and be part of the team that are a vital driving force behind the revenue generation and growth in the business. This new role will support existing clients as well as drive new business opportunities within the drinks industry in the UK.

The business is going through existing expansion in the UK as it moves to a new purpose-built manufacturing facility, allowing the business to expand and diversify their customer base so it’s an excellent time to get on board!

We are keen to find a motivated self-starter who has an ability to develop strong relationships and support customers throughout the entire journey.

A knowledge of the drinks industry would be advantageous but not essential as the business are keen to find the right person to establish and grow the customer base.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Accurately maintain all internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other Guala production sites to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and customer feedback.
  • Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns, identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.


  • Demonstrated ability to build strong long-lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Account Management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
  • Track record of sales and negotiation, comfortable having open and challenging commercial discussions where required.
