- Develop marketing campaign specifically tailored to attract and engage as many relevant candidates as possible
- Linked and branded advertising on LinkedIn
- Candidate assessment by interview against the role specification and the candidate Benchmark Performance Grid. Assess productivity score. Visa / passport right to work checks.
- Video interview presentation and or
- In person meeting to deliver the shortlist and discuss each candidate in line with the the Benchmark Performance Grid and the role specification with a candidate rating for each.
- Arrange interviews, travel, accommodation etc.
- Debrief candidates and assess commitment and interest to the role and the company.
- Arrange all continuing interviews / visits / presentations
- Debrief candidates again and ensure commitment and interest continues.
- Conduct Trial offer
- Negotiate and complete on final offer
- Brief candidate on resignation tactics and ensure a successful acceptance

- Conduct reference checking with 3 referees
- Keep candidate communications active to start date.
