  • 4 hours of supervisory time spent on ‘checking’ in on transition
  • Coworker completing vacant role part time (50%)
  • 25% of manager time supervising new tasks
  • Job posting assumed at £300
  • Recruitment Fee – from  10% to 30%
  • 10% of manager time supervising new tasks
  • Coworker spends 25% of onboarding time teaching ‘ins and outs’
  • Manager spends 10% of onboarding time managing new employee
